Operation Restore came into existence in the early days of the COVID 19 pandemic when it starting taking human lives while disrupting the supply chains globally giving rise to disaster situations in the well-oiled developed countries – especially in the Americas and the EU.

Op RESTORE made supplies of critical nature available in those times of disaster and crises by activating and engaging our global network of strategic resource partners cohesively and collaboratively.

Our efforts could be classified into Disaster Relief and management work making a significant impact early in 2020 while the Covid 19 pandemic raged in the northern Americas and the EU. Op RESTORE upheld human dignity, humanitarian values, fair market pricing, keeping greed and price-gouging out, equitable and inclusive principles
embedded and enforced through our stringent contracts with our strategic supply chain partners.

As India battles to keep the its 1.5 billion people safe while trying to keep Covid pandemic reach disaster proportions, the nation which has helped the entire world with its vaccines suffers from acute shortage of Oxygen supply and distribution capability. This is where Operation RESTORE brings its strategic and tactical expertise to restore and augment supply chain capacity that can directly help saving lives and
lower the load on healthcare system by:
Seasoned team combined with strong network of professionals with operational expertise.

  • Set up, manage, assist, and oversee Integrated Covid 19 Field hospitals, supply chain & distribution along with manufacturing of medical oxygen as well as operational compliances at a total cost of USD 4.83 billion

    • Every day 18 million lives saved,
    • 500,000 families fed, and 150,000 jobs created,
    • 38 million people will be tested, lives saved,
    • significant load removed off the mainstream healthcare system that’s bursting at seams while doing a yeoman service.

BACKDROP & SCOPE

In the backdrop of Covid 19 pandemic surging and 60,000 plus positive cases
resulting in 15,000 to 20,000 ICU admittances per day just in one city,
the supply chain & distribution capacity of medical oxygen storage and distribution equipment that could prevent the loss of many lives and avoid the mass hysteria driven panic in the public needs a massive overhaul. This is where we are focused.

Restore India Initiative’s team sprung into action to assess the situation in a systemic and root cause analysis approach while collecting raw data first hand. The experts concluded that building a supply chain of critical items and a distribution framework with
enough lean capacity to assist the country’s system to avoid reaching a disaster situation by addressing the pressing needs now and before the third wave of Covid 19 arrives.

The identified critical equipment needed to set up an effective supply chain capacity and the corresponding quantities for each piece of equipment are detailed in the Scope document. This is the critical aspect of the whole solution which when addressed will alter the course of the managing strategy of the Covid 19 pandemic and how to mitigate suffering on its path of destruction in India. To increase our assistance in India during the pandemic,
we will build critical medical oxygen supply capacity and distribution networks, and bolster mainstream healthcare capacity by establishing field hospitals in an integrated approach,
all while saving precious human lives.
